Tails & Terra products are made to order and produced specifically for each purchase. Because of this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference.
Refunds or replacements are provided only where required by law, or in the event that an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage that occurs after delivery.
